Outdated technology running on Windows Vista, limited resources, and under-utilized social media platforms hindered the client’s growth potential despite their loyal customer base and success in their physical store.

It’s been four years since that book came out. In fact, the author has sadly passed away in that time. Yet, last I checked, the bookstore still sells this particular book regularly! This demonstrates how the excellent copy I create possesses the power to create both increased sales and sales in longevity!
Hashtag Strategy and Follower Engagement: By strategically utilizing relevant hashtags and actively engaging with followers, we increased SKS Bookstore’s online visibility and fostered organic growth within the target audience without anything spent on ads.
Migration to Dedicated Mailing Services: I facilitated a seamless transition of SKS Bookstore’s email campaigns to dedicated mailing services like MailChimp, improving deliverability, tracking, and email design capabilities, resulting in enhanced customer engagement. I also improved their newsletter to be far more aesthetically appealing to provide a better customer and user experience, the before and after can be seen below

Previously, the SKS newsletter featured a visually unappealing amalgamation of fonts, varying font sizes, and vibrant colors that posed challenges for customers in terms of visual appeal and readability.
AFTER
The newsletter that I meticulously designed and optimized showcased a refined and elegant appearance, incorporating layout principles that ensured optimal formatting for enhanced customer experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
Results Achieved
Through the implementation of effective strategies and my diligent efforts, SKS Bookstore experienced significant results. Here are the notable outcomes:
300% Increase in Online Following: Within just six months, SKS Bookstore witnessed a remarkable 300% surge in Instagram followers. Our persuasive copy, targeted hashtags, and engaging content resonated with the audience, driving rapid growth and expanding the bookstore’s online community.
